Rental Terms

The price per week includes:

Water, electricity, gas, first cleaning, reception and assistance service during the stay, pool and garden maintenance, bedlinnen, towels, kitchenware...

Capacity

All properties take 2 persons per bedroom, unless else is specified. Children under age 3 don't occupy a place.

Observation

In July and August, villas have an extra charge  for the departure cleaning.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: After 12:30 - 13:00
Departure: Before 11:00

Payment terms:

300€ deposit upon reservation for apartments/bungalows, 500€ for villas.
The total amount of the rental upon occupation.
The deposit is returned 3 days after the check-out.

Cancellation

50% of the Deposit is returned on cancellation ONLY in case the property is rented out on the same dates, discounting reservation fees.

Discounts

On more than 3 weeks stays(except high season) and monthly prices in low season
